Oral Presentation (On-site)
  • Time Allocation: Each paper is allocated 15-20 minutes for oral sessions. We recommend leaving 2-3 minutes for introduction, summary, and Q&A.
  • Language: English is the only language for presentation.
  • Presentation Style: Slides should be simple and easy to read. Do not read directly from the slides. It is recommended to rehearse in advance to ensure familiarity with the material.
  • Equipment: All rooms are equipped with a laptop, internet access, data projector, HDMI/VGA cables, and a pointer. A computer-driven slideshow is recommended.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at the designated meeting room 30 minutes earlier in case of any schedule adjustments.
  • Awards: One "Best Presentation" will be selected from each session based on Applicability, Originality, Significance, Visual Aids, English Delivery, and Timeliness. Certificates will be awarded at the end of the session.
Online Presentation (via ZOOM)
  • Platform: Online sessions will be conducted via ZOOM. Please download and install the ZOOM client in advance.
  • Time Slot: The online session schedule will be updated in the conference program. Please join the meeting 10 minutes before your session starts.
  • Technical Requirements: Ensure a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and a camera. We recommend using a headset for better audio quality.
  • Display Name: Please rename yourself as "Paper ID + Name" after entering the ZOOM room for easier identification by the Session Chair.
  • Screen Sharing: Presenters are required to share their screen and control their own slides during the presentation.
Poster Presentation
  • Purpose: Poster sessions are ideal for in-depth technical discussions. Your poster should attract attention and provide a brief overview of your work to initiate discussion.
  • Dimensions: A board/stand will be provided. The poster size should be 841mm X 594mm (A1 size).
  • Layout:
    • The conference name (ICMEE 2026) should appear at the top left.
    • Author names and affiliations should be placed below the title.
    • The content flow should move from top-left to bottom-right.
  • Design Tips: Use colors, diagrams, and figures rather than dense text. Try to state your main results in 6 lines or less (lettering about 15mm high) so it can be read from a distance.
  • Preparation: Prepare your poster well in advance and ensure all necessary pieces are ready before the conference.
